• Enquiries — if you contact us, we keep your name, contact details and the contents of your message.
• Usage data — like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to make the site work.

We don't collect sensitive information, and we don't buy, sell or trade personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your information to operate your account, provide our services, respond to enquiries, and keep the site secure. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails without your consent.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Your information is stored in Australia with reputable cloud providers, protected by industry-standard security including encryption. Some providers may process limited data overseas.

We don't disclose your personal information to anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at support@ybit.au and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes the personal information we hold about you, except records we're legally required to keep.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
